Hi guys, this is my first post in the forum so apologies if the matter has been discussed already.
I am trying to find out who is legally entitled to dismiss an employee in a big company; I thought it had to be someone from HR but from my personal experience it was just a manager who carried out the investigation without even consulting anyone from human resources.
