This is my second valentines card from Northampton :tinysmile_cry_t3:



What a start to 2015, busy year by the looks of it, what will be will be.



This was a Halifax loan taken out before the Lloyds take over, the default date on this was 20/05/2009



Same with this could you have a look and advise on the way forward.

I've had a valentines card from Northampton :tinysmile_angry_t:



This is a Lloyds credit card which has been in dispute since 2008 over a PPI claim, the claim is also with the Financial Ombudsman as Lloyds recently made a payment which I told them was still not good enough, and I will use it as a part payment towards the amount I think is due.



The default date shown on noodle is 17/04/2009



Could you give me any guide lines please on the way forward.

ive recieved a letter from capquest saying i owe money this debt is my wifes but in my name and we thought it had been paid but not!can it been changed to my wifes name so she can deal with this matter??
