Can someone please help.
I was taken to court by BW legal on behalf of CL Finance. I was in talks with them and agreed to pay £60 a month. A few days later I received a letter to say that they had set a date and there was several forms for me to fill in.
I sent a full financial statement and several bank statements to them with the forms. The result from the court was that i now had to pay £250. Which is way outside my means. I contested the judgement, But I unfortunately got the wrong day for the hearing and again I was told to pay £250.
I have tried to speak to BW legal and said I could not pay and they said I could as my financial breakdown showed I had £300 spare per month. I if I could not pay then I had lied to the court.
I have asked BW Legal for a copy of my case and they will not reply to my request..
What can I do now.
