I've been through the process of reclaiming mis-sold PPI through Welcome Finance
for two loans (pre Jan 2005), and have received their compensation calculations.
I'm having a problem trying to get my head around them and was wondering
if someone on here has a good understanding of how they work out their
figures?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
