Hi I was wondering if anyone can help, i started a new job a month ago, its a full time salaried position, i have askes my employer a number of times for a contract of emploment and he wont give me one.he said i would get my first pay on friday a month after my start date but he said yesterday i would get paid "a bit" of money on friday, as its a salaried job arent i entitled to a full months pay ?
