Hi I have been passed 4 letters from the DWP regarding overpayments after my mother died in May, the letters are dated October and I have just recived them as I moved.
I was not aware of an overpayment at the time, and any money in my mothers account was used towards her funeral. I am also unsure why the letter has come to me as I am one of 11 children. Before I contact DWP I would like to know if I am liable to pay this?
