Warwick District Council took me to court last November and obtained liability orders for various years. On Christmas Eve they issued new bills for some of those years and today issued more summonses - exactly the same as the ones they issued in November. The ones issued in November were exactly the same as ones issued earlier in the year and despite the fact I went to court and told the magistrates this, they still issued more liability orders. The fact that there is no piece of paer with a record of what orders are issued means this whole thing is turning into a complete fiasco with costs being added twice or even three times for the same periods of time. What on earth do I do?
