I've read through some of the posts but I guess I just want some reassurance.
I have a HP car with Welcome and I want to terminate the agreement and give the car back. I've gone past the halfway stage so am I right to think that they must take the car back and there will be no outstanding balance?
That's how I understand it, but advice would be nice. Thanks.
