I had a CCJ set aside as i was not made aware of the CCJ and that the debt is statute barred. I have sent me defence off and now the claimant has sent court N180 form wanting to settle out of court.
I need to complete the N181 Directions Questionnaire form, but i need some help with some of the questions.
I dont want to settle out of court as its satute barred, i just need help completing the N181 form as its very confusing.
