Please help

I came home tonight to a letter saying I have to attend an interview under caution as they have evidence that my claim was incorrect or fraudulent. The only thing I can think of was I did some over time in my last job and I just did a rough guess when filling out my forms. I then started a new job full time last May and rang them a month later to inform them. I got a letter nov/dec time saying I owed them all in all £4200 as they had continued to pay me housing benefit and I got council tax at a reduced rate etc so a family member gave me the money to pay them back which I am now paying them back monthly. But two months later have now received this letter. I am worried sick can't eat or sleep I don't know what's going to happen! Please help

Today I have received a claim form from Northampton county court off Cabot financial through Dresden fair fax solicitors it is for 4416 pounds from a vanquis credit card I took out in 2007 the last activity on the account was in 2009 however on my credit file vanquis closed the account in July 2009 and it says it is all satisfactory should I dispute this claim as I think vanquis wrote the debt off also I believe some time ago I requested proof of the debt under the consumer credit act and never received any info back from them please can someone advise myself what to next as I am really worried thanks in advance

new to the forum and don't really know where to begin, im very recently separated from my wife, we have 2 wonderful kids together ,and a mortgage, I need some advice on where to start to sort everything out with regards to access rights to the kids, and dealing with the mortgage(which is in both our names but I pay it). my head is spinning and as I say I really don't know where to begin.
