i bought a car on hp via blackhorse in December. My partner has now been offered a job in the US-3 months we move.
Im in a pickle and understand the mid way payment point rules but the car has done few miles, is in excellent condition. A work cplleague advised she had a PCP agreement and she cancelled after 6 months, by basically selling it to a dealership and they paying the o/s monies + some extras. She also mentioned she didn't think it stated she wasn't allowed to sell the car but I'm confused as I thought this would be a standard contractual commitment.
What is the chance of me negotiating with a dealership/the lender due to my circumstances? I won't return for the foreseeable future :( my payments have been fine.
any pointers would be great.
