I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to give me some advice on a claim I plan to make for my PPI payments associated to my loan from Northern Rock (now NRAM).
I started a loan repayment plan in 2007 and opted for a 'Loanprotect' scheme to 'protect' me financially.
Due to the lack of information provided and the general scare tactics applied, I want to now claim any payments associated to the Loanprotect scheme.
I have written the attached letter and wonder if I have said the right things or left anything important out?
Any advice on the content would be MOST appreciated, especially from those who have had a similar esxperience with NRAM.
