Only a minor irritation but as a tenant of a social landlord I receive every 3 months a glossy newsletter telling me things I have no need off (help with debt and finding a job amongst other trivia like quizzes). I have asked on numerous occasions to be taken off the mailing list both verbally and in writing and once again this has been ignored. I don't recall being asked to opt in or out and am wondering if there is anything I can do legally or otherwise to get this stopped. I know I can just recycle but if I've asked politely then surely this should be honoured??
