hi hope some one can help.
I got a parking ticket back in feb, my fault. I wrote to the council each time they contacted me yet they say they never received my letters. I have now received a letter from Jacobbs telling me to pay £422. I then rang the council and paid the fee that they wanted me to,. which was £112. they said the case was closed as far as they are concerned. However Jacobs are not happy requarding this and now sent letter saying coming today to collect £310.00 I rang and left a message over the weekend informing them there paper work was incorrect. I am awaiting them coming the gates doors and windows are locked I know they can not come in unless its a peaceable entrance, but I don't trust this woman Ms C Fletcher from them.
Anyone got any advise or suggestions? Thanks
