I spoke to the TEC this morning and they told me the Warrant of Control had expired on October 16th 2014. It was issued October 2013. I asked for this to be sent to me in an email which it was.
Later on this morning I return home to find a Bailiff 'FINAL PRE REMOVAL ADVICE' letter through the door.
Am I correct in thinking that this is wrong as there is no valid warrant in force?
Also that the whole case is put to bed after the warrant expires?
If needed I can go into the story further but this is not just trying to get out of a parking ticket where I was in the wrong, this is after a year and a half of fighting.
If anyone could advise on the warrant and what to do next I would be very grateful.
