I'm looking for some guidance regarding reclaiming unfair charges on a mortgage I have from GEMoney (formerly igroup). The mortgage should theoretically finish in June 2015 but has accrued some pretty hefty charges and additional interest from early on when I was self employed and struggling financially. Because of all these extra charges and interest I will still owe them over half what I originally borrowed. I've already done a SAR and got all the stuff back from them. Are there any template letters to send and does anyone on here know how likely I will be to get anything back?
