I have contacted Firstplus regarding payment protection insurance which was added when I purchased a kitchen through Space Kitchens. Firstplus have written back eventually to say that the underwriter of the insurer was Lloyds by The Cassidy Travis Insurance Group Division, Lloyds Syndicate 5000 and BJ Jackson and others Syndicate 779. Can anyone help me with an address to write to for reclaiming PPI from this company and what the different syndicates mean? Extremely confusing. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
