I am a petitioner for financial settlement. My partner has not complied with orders from court at last hearing
How will I be able to get his compliance. I don't want him turning up with a bundle of papers on the hearing day and requesting case adjourned
The courts in the last hearing asked him to show evidence he has maintained his children since 2010. He has no evidence I'm my opinion but is yet to respond
Evidence of 2 properties that he sold in the UK and abroad. He was asked to submit details of the sales . He is working hard to hide his assets, and has not again responded to this request
He has in the last hearing submitted documents to the court that have not been shared with me. The court tells me they have nor received anything That was requested from,the last hearing
Will I be able to request that he he no longer submits documents after a certain date.? And case,proceeds with current documents.
