I am in a very tricky situation and I need some advice and help from fellow members. I have been in the UK for over 6 years now and I am sponsored by a company for my visa who take a percentage of my pay when I work for different employers on a contract basis which was going well up until end of last year even though I was losing a lot of money by paying them commission. However since last year the company I was spinsored and by and the companies I work for are having issues between themselves and i am the one being affected by it without a job and income which has caused my debts to increase and not they are saying that they will be cancelling my visa which i have to leave the country which will leave me with debts mounted at 14000£ as of date. I can in no way afford the payments if I had to go back. I have been paying them up until now but if I had to leave the country I will no longer be able to do so. I am really worried if they would be chasing me fpr the UK debt abroad as they have my home details and also I was thinking to apply for some sort of insolveny here but I need some advice on implications and what happens next.
