hello all, thanks for any advice on a touchy subject!
my dad died about a month ago he was 88 he made a will sharing all his assetts between me my brother my sister and 2 others on the stepmums side( step mums still alive and living in the house--
my sister took him to the solicitors where he made his will
after he went senile and got him to change the will into her favour cutting me and my brother out altho she says she will give us £1000 each it involves a large sum
