Lloyds were receiving a token payment of £1 per month for quite a while up until around late 2012, then a £10 payment into the account was agreed but payment kept on getting sent back/refused. Account was forgotten about.
If I remember rightly, overdraft charges kept pushing mother into unauthorised overdraft then Lloyds would higher the limit to avoid charges. No idea how much charges in total of the £3100 there are.
I haven't acknowledged yet as I'm not sure whether to defend/accept etc. I have until 3rd Dec I believe.
