I have had huge problems with nat west recalling a loan and have entered into a agreed payment plan.I sent them a ppi letter as we are self employed ,thought it was worth a try to get balance reduced. They have no record of loan agreement its been lost BUT we have to make payments as they have legal charge on commercial property we own.How do we check if theres ppi if they cant find loan agreement They have replied to ppi letter saying they cant find details even though we are making payment to recovery section, to make matters more complicated they wont accept full and final offer although the monthly plan suits us at moment. Talk about have your cake and eat it . Where can we go from here any tips please :blush:
