This is my first time using a forum site and was wondering if I could get some advice. I have recently been served with a Parking Charge Notice of £100 by MET Parking Services. I was at the McDonalds outside Gatwick and was not aware that there is a 60 minute parking limit due to not seeing the signs as it was dark during that time. The letter received by MET Parking Services stated that I had overstayed by 28 minutes, there is a picture of the time of arrival and time of exiting the car park. Granted I did overstay by 28 minutes, however I was just wondering if I had a chance of appealing the matter?
