Court Claim - CABOT FINANCIAL / Lloyds 10-11-2014

Hi just wondering if anyone can advise me on what I should do.
Yesterday I received a claim form from county court business centre regarding a lloyds overdraft of £2900.

I left the bank in aug 2010 with overdraft of around £1800.

I've been thinking about going bankrupt.

I also have others unpaid debt to Lloyds.

Loan(£17,000) & credit card(£7,000)

All of my accounts haven't received a payment since 2010.

I took out £20,000 loan back in 2008 to paid off my old loan from Lloyds and used the rest for a second hand car for work.

Me & my ex were living together, I paid the bills plus loan and she paid the rent(£450)

after breaking up with my Ex in 2009, I started using the credit card more to live on.

In 2010, got too much & I stopped paying them.



How do I go about with this or bankrupt?
