I have noticed a CCJ has appeared on my Credit Score. The date of judgment is 01/08/2014. Now the thing is, it seems to have gone to my old address. I moved in 2013 and my new address was registered on the Electoral Role straight away. The default date on the debt is 20/03/2009.
Before I moved, I requested proof of any payments made in the last 6 years and also copies of the original contract. As I heard nothing back, I assumed that it was over but now this CCJ has appeared.
What can I do?
