To enable me to file my defence and/or counterclaim, I require inspection of documents you mention in your statement of case ahead of filing my defence on XX XXXX 201 X .
What is that date? I acknowledged the claim form online 15 Feb 15 and the date on the claim form is 10 Feb 2015. This relates to Bryan Carter/Lowell/County Court Business Centre, Northampton.
I have downloaded the necessary template letters and would like to send them today via recorded delivery etc, just need to know what my date for filing defence would be?
