Hi guys,
I'm looking for some help on the next step with going to the ombudsman. EGG are refusing to consider my case and won't provide me with answers to questions I have asked them. It's as if they just want me to go them and hope I won't bother with it.
My other thinking is they are making it difficult because id this is deemed a successful claim, I have two more with them!
This is an EGG Credit Card for info......
What do I do next, is there a template letter to send to the ombudsman, and where do I send it in to?
