Firstly can I say hello to the forum as I am new and in need of help.
I have been informed by BW Legal I have a county court judgement against me and owe a certain amount of money. The problem is I have never been informed about any judgement etc against me. I have been online for a week trying to find the judgement. Nothing on any of my credit files, nothing what so ever on trustonline... My question is if a judgement isn't showing any where does it exist or is BW legal trying to pull a fast one. Please help I can't find any answers anywhere.
