Hi . New help if possible re application for an unless order. This was advice received from lawyer

I am a petitioner for financial settlement. My partner has not complied with orders from court at last hearing

How will I be able to get his compliance. I don't want him turning up with a bundle of papers on the hearing day and requesting case adjourned.
