trying to help someone at the moment, just need a bit of advice.
alleged debt = barclaycard
the chasing DCA ( bought debt ) have supplied a copy of an alleged default notice for a barclaycard debt, however the default notice has been issued by mercers, the in house debt collector from barclaycard. Not barclaycard.
is this compliant ?
