Just found this site (which looks great) while I was searching for info on a specific issue I have. This relates to a problem my wife and I have with 1st Credit Finance taking over a Lloyds debt my wife had and the charging order which has followed on our property. I'll post to the current thread which relates to a similar issue.
Anyway, great to know that there is free and useful advice out there.
