Fresh off the back of a set aside Judgment against Cabot Financial, and a discontinued claim against the same company, i am now looking forward to April. This next month is going to be a very interesting month, we have a number of important hearings on the horizon. We will be facing Blemain Finance, MKDP LLP, Cabot, Capquest, and Lowells in a Bankruptcy case.
This next month should be very interesting. Once these hearings are over, subject to clients confirming they are agreeable to the details being released, i will be blogging on each case.
