Advice needed on ending HP agreement with Mercedes Benz

Hi there, setup a new business last year which has not worked out and i have a van on HP with Mercedes, i am only 8 months in to a 60 month plan, the 50% figure is £15175, what do i have to do to action this and when they have the vehicle back and they sell it either through their dealership or auction house does the money raised from that go towards the settlement figure above?
