I wondered if any one could comment on the following regarding timescale for retention of old account details.
If a credit card account was taken out with PPI
in 2000 and defaulted due to financial problems, passed to a DCA in 2006 and eventually paid off and closed in 2009 - Would the 6 year limitation start from the date it was passed to the DCA ?
I just need some clarity if possible, if anyone knows.
