I am after some advice regarding a termination of employment....I was recently had me employment terminated on the grounds of harassment and bullying, which i did not accept, i appealed and they stood with the Original Decision.
First thing...after the initial hearing it was basically said by my manager (who was supposed to have overall say) that the whole thing was blown out of proportion was an overreaction etc...yet he was forced to sign the letter that i recieved advising of my employment termination, he even admitted to me that it wasn't his decision.
I have e-mail evidence that the director wanted me sacked before my hearing even took place, the letter i received after my appeal hearing had fabricated lies that were not mentioned in the initial hearing.
They have taken my final salary from training costs i owed even though the document i signed states i must pay it back if i LEAVE the company not sure if thats the same as being dismissed (also the document is incorrect as it has the wrong course and wrong dates also).
So i have been left with no final payment.
Not sure where i stand.
