Need help to file a complaint about a judge

Hello,



I am writing a one page complaint form, about a district judge in a children's residence case, which I will send to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office. Is there someobdy with legal knowledge and experience who can help me by checking the form before I submit it?



Or does anybody know somebody who can help? I cannot afford solicitor's fees for this.
