Any help on the steps I need to take would be greatly appreciated, I have a number of debts which I ran up in the late 1990's and it seems they are now returning to haunt me, the account is not stature barred as I was making payments to the account up to about 4 years ago, till I was made redundant and could no longer afford to make any payment, I currently only work a few hours a week...
