Hi my husband had a claim served on him with regard to the local council and rent arrears on a business premises. He has since contacted them directly, agreed to a payment plan , and paid the first instalment. Today he has received a N181 Directions Questionnaire to complete and return to the court, but we are are a little lost how to, as we believed we had dealt with the issue .. Can anyone advise? Should the claimant have informed the court that we have settled? Many thanks!
