Good afternoon
I received a court claim from bw legal for a welcome finance debt which I am pretty sure but not 100% is staue barred. I defended the calim with the usual prove it letter, sent bw the £2 postal order and copied the court into my response.
Today I have had a reply from BW legal that simply states 'Our client intends to continue with the claim.'
They have made no reference to my request for particulars relating to the debt.
Can someone help me with a reply?
