Is it possible to claim PPI on a debt that is statute barred? I would guess that by trying to claim PPI on a debt that is NOT statute barred would be acknowledging the debt, so would reset the clock for SB?
We had a mortgage with Natwest and Abby for about 14 years between them that ended around 2004 or 2005. Can we make a PPI claim from these? If so, how would we go about it?
