I divorced 9 years ago and there have been a few mishaps with the finance.
In the consent order he had to pay me an amount monthly to cover the medical benefits I lost by getting divorced until he retired.
Yesterday I received a note from him to say he's taken early retirement, (2 years early) and of course thats playing havoc with my finances he's supposed to give me notice but he sent this over a week after last payment.
TBH he is a weasel and I dont trust him so could someone advise me what I should do to confirm things.
