In response to my CPR31.14 request I firstly received a letter requesting a signature before they provided the information I requested - this I did not do. They subsequently sent another letter stating the following:-
We would advise you that this is a simple debt recovery action and the relevant facts are as follows:-
1. You entered into an agreement with Lloyds Bank on or about 22 July 2009, and was subsequently provided with a Lloyds Bank Loan Facility
2. Lloyds Bank will have sent Statements of Account to you on an annual basis during the operation of the loan facility. Such statements will have identified any items of expenditure,payments toward the account, the application of any contractual interest/charges, and the outstanding balance on a month by month basis
3. Lloyds Bank exercised its contractual right of assignment and assigned the account to Cabot Financial (UK) Limited on 18 July 2014.
We can confirm that we are currently awaiting copies of the necessary documents and will endeavour to provide them to you as soon as we are in receipt of the same.
