I had a Barclays credit card and a Lloyds TSB credit card and Lloyds personal loan. I defaulted on all 3 of these accounts (hangs head in shame), all 3 were sold onto debt collection agencies.
Can I claim ppi on these and who do I claim through the banks or the debt collection agencies? Also if I were to be successful would I receive the refund or would it be offset against the debt?
