In September 2014 received a statutory demand for 46,000 from former landlord. In November 2014 an application to set aside was dismissed by Judge. since then the landlord representative has halved the amount to 23,000 and offered to accept 200 per month and review this if and when we can pay more.
If we agree to this and pay it each month every month on the agreed date can he still if he wishes petition for bankruptcy ?. and if yes would the dismiss it as he had reduced the amount and set up an arrangement.?.
