When I advised the caller that I had never taken or been mis sold PPI he more or less argued with me that I may have it without even realising. I then explained I was a fully qualified financial adviser and therefore I would know if I had any form of PPI to which he argued with me again. Absolutely awful call and would not take no for an answer.
