Received a court date for a 2nd ccj against the same debt. Can this be done?

Good afternoon,

i have received a letter from DWF to attend court on 11 May. They are trying to give me a ccj for a debt I have already had a ccj in 2013. I have the reference number from Northampton court.



admittedly, I have made no payments but I have not been chased for any either.

Now I have received another letter. Can they give me a 2nd ccj against the same debt??



What will I need to do? thank you in advance.
