mis sold mortgage by GE money?

Any one have idea behind GE selling on a mortgage that we neverr agreed to or knew about...out of blue just told

We are now dealing with new lender??

Now they just ignoring us to their actions.

Also partner found an old letter from the broker telling us they may have missold us our mortgage..?

Do they know something we dont....
