My sister has been in hospital 3 months and we have foubd in her post a claim letter and a judgement for claimant bin default . Obviously not being at home she could not respond to the first letter , and has no ifdea what the claim for £3,000.00 relates to . She has had her personal account cloned 3 times in the last couple of years , but each time registered it with her bank - nationwide and changed the cards , account etc. we are desperate to know how to proceed as she is disabled and bed ridden , and will likely to be so for some time to come

we have no idea what the debt relates to , as she is on benefits and has not had any loans , credit cards or finance for 10 years or more. We are at a loss as what is the next step as she simply does not have this kind of money
