Hope some one may be able to help. I have had a visit from the bailiffs over a debt which I am liable, but unable to pay. The judgement is in my Name at my residence .
I told the bailiff my home is rented & they did an Hpi check on my car & no equity is in it, basically I have nothing for them to take.
My question is, I am a Director of a company , can they turn up there ( at my work ) & seize goods to recover monies? I have no financial input at this Company & I am Legally an employee, I am listed at companies House as a Director, along with another Director ( who is the main financial backer of this Company )
