I am going to post a series of email exchanges between myself and my boss, I currently work for a small company, Husband and wife team, working from home and I am the 'Sales Team' when I'm not around, the husband and wife have to cover me which they don't like. At present I have an entitlement to 6 weeks paid holiday but have sold 3 weeks back to the company.
In December I asked for an extra 2 weeks, the emails posted are in date order, minus any personal information......
